For married couples living here, both people have access to the free stuff.
Exercise Room – $20 – $100
Unlimited Pool – $50 – $100
RV Storage – $75 – $125
Unlimited Golf – $150 – $300
The total value of the free stuff for a married couple is
$295 to $625 per month!
OK, It’s kinda free. I have to be honest. We pay $100 a month HOA fee, but we get a huge bang for our buck here.
$100 a Month HOA Fee – and Lots of Free Stuff!
Before I escaped here from LA County, my HOA fee was $225 a month, and there were NO amenities. No pool. No clubhouse. Just a place to live and a gardener for the common areas. And that was in 2013. It’s a lot higher there now. Many people are paying $400-$500 per month for HOA and getting NOTHING in return.
Some of the free stuff we get here is standard for mid to upper level housing communities. Ho hum. But some of the other stuff – the expensive stuff – is only a dream for people paying high HOA fees in other communities.
