About Highland Palms Senior Estates and Country Club
Highland Palms is one of the few places in California where mobile home owners can own their own land.
The non-profit homeowners association is determined to keep the quality of living high and the cost of living low for the senior citizens who own their own homes in Highland Palms. They have done a very good job.
